This past week or so I have been trying to catch up with some of my client’s quilts.
Life is busy in so many ways right now, so I do not take in as many quilts from clients as I used to. I like to try to stay caught up with them.

Since practically the beginning of my quilting journey I've had the plan to eventually make a quilt for each of my 4 siblings. Sherry sent this fantastic little quilt that she made with the fox blocks from Elizabeth Hartman's Fancy Fox pattern. As with most of the of the fox quilts that have come into my studio the request was for my freehand woodgrain quilting.
I love how inventive Sherry was with the layout. Sherry has also wowed me with her ability to mix and match unexpected fabrics effortlessly.
